Admission Process
We are delighted that you are interested in studying at London Excellent Academy. Choosing the right course can be challenging as you plan your career. Here, you will find all the information needed to make the application process as straightforward as possible. It includes details on how to apply, entry requirements, English language requirements, and advice on relocating to the UK (international students).
Step 1: Choose your course
Explore college courses from our list that align with your academic interests, preferred locations, financial aid opportunities, and extracurricular activities.
Step 2: Submit your application form and Check the entry requirements
To apply for a course at our Academy, select the program you are interested in and click on the 'Apply online' option. Next, go to our Application section to complete your application.
Before submitting, please ensure that you fully understand your chosen course’s entry requirements, including academic and English language criteria. The quickest and easiest way to apply is through the online application form on our website.
Entry requirements could include your A levels and required qualifications for chosen courses.

Please provide copies of the following documents to support your application.
- Qualification certificates and transcripts, including certified translations if applicable
- A personal statement
Colleges consider applicants beyond just their grades and test scores. The personal statement or college essay provides an opportunity to present a more holistic view of yourself.
- References or recommendation letters
- Curriculum vitae (CV) or resume
- Passport
- Current and previous visa(s), if applicable
- Proof of name change, if applicable
- English Language
The Academy has a two-year validity period starting from your course’s start date. Currently, the approved alternative English language test for the Academy is the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
Step 3: Interview
The Academy may invite you to an interview where you can meet your prospective tutors and discuss your career plans. This conversation can help you determine if this course is right for you and if you would enjoy the program. If you have changed your mind about your course choice, the college can assist you in finding a more suitable option.
It is essential for the Academy to understand your career aspirations and your ability to complete the chosen course. We can also help you assess your financial requirements and provide the necessary details to complete your course successfully.
Step 4: Offer Letter
We strive to respond to your application as quickly as possible. If you fulfil our English, academic, and immigration requirements, you will likely receive an offer from us.
Upon meeting all criteria you need to accept your offer on your within 14 days. You will receive instructions on how to proceed further.
You may be required to submit additional copies of documents to fulfil the conditions of your offer. We will inform you if any extra supporting documents are needed. Therefore, it is crucial that your contact details on the application form are accurate and up to date. Please be sure to check your email frequently for any correspondence from us.
In addition to meeting the academic requirements, a deposit is required. All full-fee-paying international students must pay this deposit before receiving their Visa Letters. Payments must be made to the Academy’s account, and we encourage you to review our ‘Refund Policy’ for more information.
Once all requirements are fulfilled and payment is received, we will issue an Unconditional Offer Letter or Visa Letter.
Finally, if you decide not to accept the offer, we reserve the right to retain your data for a specific period, as outlined by UK data protection laws. Your data will be kept safe, and we will not use it for marketing or other purposes.
